Trussly

AI-nativelending.

Learns how you lend.

Scale without risk to your underwriting or your headcount.

Tessa
Hey, I'm Tessa. I'm the digital employee native to Trussly. I learn how your shop underwrites, act on your loans, and work across the tools your team already uses.

What AI-native actually means.

Software designed around AI from day one. Tessa is part of how the platform works, not just a feature added on top.

Every loan, end to end, in one closed loop.

1

Intake meets intelligence.

  • Conversational application
  • Project vision survey (scope, finishes, end-state)
  • File pre-scored the moment it submits
2

The pipeline runs itself.

  • Built-in CRM for loan officers
  • Files auto-route through workflow stages
  • Tessa flags when human review is needed
3

Inspections pre-flagged.

  • Mobile inspection app: inspector or borrower mode
  • Tessa pre-builds the inspection list from intake
  • Condition per line item: Good, Repair, Replace, N/A
4

Decisions arrive pre-built.

  • Decision dashboard with pre-written recommendation
  • Every file rescored as conditions change
  • One click to approve, modify, or decline
5

Servicing runs on autopilot.

  • Draw management with budget guardrails
  • Collections, taxes, and insurance auto-tracked
  • Tessa flags risk before it escalates
6

Every outcome trains the loop.

  • Payoff, modification, default, or foreclosure
  • Full history rolled into Tessa's model
  • Next file enters smarter than the last

All the speed plus the depth.

Honest answers to common questions.

When will Trussly be available?

We're onboarding a small group of design-partner lenders now and opening more seats this fall. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out in order as we expand.

Who is Trussly for?

Asset-based private lenders running fix-and-flip, new-construction, and refinance. Small to mid-sized shops, $1M to $500M AUM. Built for local lenders who prioritize strong underwriting at speed.

Will it integrate with what I already use?

Yes. Trussly is a complete end-to-end platform. Your shop can run entirely inside it. But Tessa is also designed to work with the tools you already use, through standard protocols like MCP and modern APIs. Direct integrations with title, insurance, credit bureaus, and accounting systems are rolling out as we expand.

How much will it cost?

Pricing for design partners is bespoke and tied to your portfolio size. General-availability pricing will be transparent and tier-based by team size and loan volume.

Is my borrower data safe?

Yes. Trussly is built on encrypted infrastructure, with audit logs on every action and decision. SOC 2 controls are in place from day one, and our formal audit is initiated as part of the launch path.

How do I become a design partner?

Join the waitlist with a quick note about your business: portfolio size, loan types, current stack. We'll get back to you with next steps if it's a fit.
