The loan life‑cycle.
One record.

A lead becomes a file, a file becomes a loan, and the loan is serviced — inside one system, with nothing re-keyed on the way through.

A silent looping film of the Trussly workspace. It opens on the lender's home desk: the day's greeting, the pings broken down into seven alerts, five emails and no tasks, a trend chart, an inspection profit chart, cards for the CRM, the pipeline and the portfolio, and the quick actions. John Smith stands at one end of the band under the page and Clay, the Trussly agentic coworker, at the other. A pointer opens the trend chart's metric menu and changes it from monthly originations, forty and a half million dollars year to date, to monthly draws funded, eleven point nine million year to date; the chart redraws to the new series. The pointer then clicks Clay; his side panel slides in from the right and he leaves the band for it. The pointer types "Which draws need me?" into the panel's box and sends it. Clay works for a moment, then answers in plain words with a link to loan QL0104 at Sycamore St, Dallas, where draw 4 asks fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars and is ready for review. The pointer follows the link; a folder tab opens for the loan and the loan file fills the sheet on its Draws tab — the budget at a glance, then every draw, with draw 4 marked as the one waiting. The pointer then closes Clay's panel from the control at its top right; the panel slides away, Clay walks back to the band, and the draw schedule has the whole sheet. The pointer then opens draw 4: its window covers the page with the draw's figures — fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars asked across five line items — the money line by line against the approved budget, and the decision waiting at its foot. The pointer closes that window from the cross at its top right, leaving the decision unmade and the draw schedule showing again with the loan's folder tab still open. Last, the pointer travels up the rail to the Trussly mark at its head and clicks it: the folder tab closes, the tab bar and the header go, and the home desk is back exactly as it was at the start, with the trend chart on monthly originations again. The film carries straight on from there without restarting.
