The questions lenders actually ask
About the platform, the borrower-led inspection, Clay and getting started.
What is Trussly?
The loan operating system for private real estate lenders. CRM, origination, servicing, asset protection and fund management run on one system of record, with borrower-led draw inspections built in and Clay, an AI coworker, working inside it.
How does a borrower-led draw inspection work?
The borrower requests the draw in the Trussly app, picks the budget lines it covers and photographs each line on site the day the work is done. The draw lands in your loan file with an evidence report, line by line, ready for you to approve. There is no inspector to book.
Why can I trust photos the borrower takes?
Every photo is signed on the phone at the shutter, then checked the moment it lands: the phone that took it, where it was taken and the picture itself, through 60+ fraud detection checks. You see that each one passed, and why. If a line needs another look, ask for a reshoot of just that line, at no extra charge.
What does Clay do, and does he decide anything for me?
Clay is the AI coworker built into Trussly OS. He reads every file, keeps track of what changed, drafts the emails and notices, and speaks up first when something needs you. The decisions stay yours: he drafts, you approve, and everything he does is logged.
How is Trussly priced?
There is no rate card yet. Answer ten questions about your lending on the pricing page to see what your loan platform and draw inspections cost you today against Trussly, and we will walk through it with you on a call. A borrower-led inspection costs less than an inspector’s visit, and the more draws you inspect, the less each one costs.
When can I get it, and is what I see on this site real?
Trussly is pre-launch and in private beta with design-partner lenders; join the waitlist and we will reach out as seats open. The product is built and running. The loan files, borrowers and addresses shown on this site are illustrative, composed to show how it behaves, not taken from anyone’s real deal.
